[Beat woke up this morning, thinking things would be like always. He'd railslide downstairs, maybe not hit Haruhi's wall for once, check up on Shiki, then go hide from school by futzing around in the Battle Dome for most of the day.

What he got was rolling over and finding an egg.

An egg.

Housemates of House 10 can hear him screaming, as will neighbors most likely. In his panic, he grabs his journal and turns it on, facing the camera toward the little white egg in his bed.]

THE HELL DO I DO?! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?!

RIBBONS!

I AIN'T HAVIN' YO' CHICKEN-BABIES! YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!!

[Yellow flips the journal over to video to show him! So now Beat will find a Pikachu sitting on her shoulder. Hi there, crazy egg-laying beanie guy!]

This is Chuchu! She's my friend--a Pokémon from my world. A Pikachu, to be more specific. She's had an egg before, actually.

[Chuchu shakes her head as Yellow lets out a small laugh.] No no, she had her egg back at home. Gold even got the baby Pichu. But she hasn't had any eggs here, so the one you have isn't hers, sorry!

[Oh. Maybe that's how all yellow rats are though. Weird. He lowers the egg and puts it back in the little blanket fort he's built out of his bed now. Wtf is he supposed to do with this thing...]
